Care Manager/Care Coordinators have the important responsibility of helping educate you about your right, and to support you to express your rights.

The CCOs have supports in place to help Care Manager/Care Coordinators ensure that you are not deprived of any civil or human right due to your developmental disability diagnosis. All people deserve to be treated with respect and dignity regardless of race, religion, national origin, creed, age, gender, ethnic background, primary language, sexual orientation, developmental or other disability or health condition, such as HIV infection.
